Jean; In the 1855 Charleston directory, there was a Thomas A. Johnson, Butcher, living on Line St. The Nell family lived on Line St. and Spring St., and their family doctor was a W. H. Johnson. In 1852, T.W. Johnson is running the Johnson Hotel on King St.(No Thomas A.) In 1849, there was a Thomas Johnson living on Sires St. Nell family is on Sires St. too.
