CJK: I have Philip (b. 1761) as son of Mary Hasell (m. 1759). Others OK as far as I know. >* I have the following notes in my file the following : >Thomas Gadsden , Esq., with Mrs Gadsden ( a daughter of Admiral Gascoign, >whom he married in England ), Mr John Huger, and Mr Paul Mazyck, are arrived >here from London in the ship Constant - Friend , Capt. Alcock. >Monday Dec 15, 1766 I think that would be Thomas Gadsden and Ann Gascoign, the parents of James William (May 26, 1767- Dec. 20, 1818) who married Rebecca Coachman Nov. 29, 1797. (Ann must have had an uncomfortable voyage, being about four months pregnant) I don't know whose son that Thomas was, unless he was b. 1720 and was the son of Thomas (1688-1741) and Elizabeth, making him Gen. Christopher's brother. Help, anyone? Edward
