Lynch who signed the Declaration of Independence for South Carolina, but I am having difficulty finding the connection. My mother is Elizabeth Jane Shelton (Lynch). Her father was Thomas Chaille Lynch, his father was Manassas Clinton Lynch, his father was Thomas Jefferson Lynch and his father was William F. Lynch. I have gotten records from Chicot County Arkansas on William F. Lynch. I now that he married a Mrs. Penina Kidwell and that he was born in Georgia around 1793.
