Hi List Members--- I am trying to research my Bell family. I'm really new at this and need lots of help. I show 2 brothers, David b. 1750/1760 and John b. ? d. 1792. David had 4 children that I've heard of. They are John b. 1795 d. abt. 1860, David, Jr. b. 1796 d. 1859, Mary Prioleau (unknown) and Daniel Richard b. 1812 ?? Any information, especially who David and John's father was and anything else would be greatly appreciated. I descend from John b. 1795, Jackson Andrew B.1837, Mattie Lou who married Maxey Gordon Proctor, then me-- Betty Carole proctor Meyer. I have found a few things on a Samuel Bell b. 1820 m. Mary ? b. 1824. Also there was a David W. Bell b.1830/1860 m. Mary Sophronia Clayton b. 1840/1860. I feel that all of these are the same Bell's but can't go far enough back to put them together.
