Richard, My experiences are there is someone in the office and they will look up a name, but will give out no other information unless you pay them research fees. Which I ended up doing. They will give you a map and show you where the grave is, though. They were very helpful to me and I found several other family members which I didn't even know existed. Happy hunting.
