Could I PLEASE ask for a look up in the 1855 or 1858-9 city directory for SARAH PRINCE (there may be two of them) and a HENRY and/or HYAM HYAMS (there may be more than one Henry as well.) I have asked this before and you were kind enough to send it to me but I cant find it anywhere!!! I have also tried to look in the archives to find it and I cant seem to find the proper instructions on the ROOTSWEB home page. Thank you so much! Edie in Atlanta

Edie; The oldest Charleston street directory I have is 1855. I did not find a Sarah Prince, but I did find a S. H. Prince, Bookkeeper, living at 159 Meeting St. (possible a business) with a residence on King St. Also, there's a Hamilton, a Pinckney, and a Solomon Hyams, but no Henry.
