I have been waiting for Betty Mouzon Dunn, my Mouzon cousin whom I consider the Mouzon expert, to chime in here. Suffice it to say for now that I am also a Louis Mouzon descendant through another Ann Mouzon. We call her affectionately Ann "the problem" Mouzon on the Huguenot list because she has been placed in various family constellations including the one who married Sinkler. I hope that Betty can answer the Axson question. I would encourage all Mouzon descendants to join the Huguenot-L list and also to attend the Huguenot reunion in Charleston 4/21 to 4/23. Let me know if you want more info. Elizabeth DuBois Russo Descended from ANN MOUZON m. PETER DUBOIS in 1752.
