Do you have a birth date for her that fits better? Perhaps there was an "Anne" who was the sister of Capt. Peter Robert and I just have the two "Annes" mixed up? I have Anne as the first of two wives for John Horry, the second being Anne Proctor. Age 31 was a "little" late for John to marry the first time.
