    2. Hi Bill, I had written a couple of weeks ago and asked if you saw anything in your records on Haigs or Mahams . I think I must have asked you if you would look in your census records by mistake. You had replied that you did not have any of the census records. I should have said your city directories. I would love to be able to get to Charleston to do some research. I have been lucky with quite a bit of help from people in Rootsweb, but not anything from the city directories. My Haigs hae been there since around 1700. My Gt grandfather Alexander Haig had died in Charleston in 1907. Thanks\Betty
