I had gotten some of the same information from another researcher. At least what I have gotten on the Mims agrees with what you sent to me. I was just curious about the Murrells. I wanted to know if they were the same family as the Murrells who Murrell's Inlet was named for. I have read the book "Tales Along the Grandstrand of SC". It mentions Captain John Murrell. William Wallace Mims was a relative of my grandmother Charlotte "Lottie" Lee Odom Plummer. Thanks again! Susan
