He was married three times and had 22 - 23 children between the three wives. My Granfather was Marion Crook Fort. The family history has been researched by Dolan Fort (Grandson of Martin Banks Fort.) I have a copy of the history at home. It has not been automated (one of my many to-do projects. I was born and raised in Columbia, SC however, my brother and sister were both born in Charleston and lived in Jamestown for several years before my parents moved to my mother's home in Ballentine, SC.
