    3. Hello all, I am looking for better directions to two places to locate the historical markers and photograph them for the web page in the coming weeks. If you have any landmarks like a store or "tree with big red sign" anything that will keep us from wondering around looking for these places. Possibly the nearest crossroad, that will come up in a search on our mapping software. Thanks so much have a great evening. Bushy & Mike Hartman 1. On the Northeast side of "French Quarter Creek" there is suppose to be a granite cross for the French Church site. John Simons web page has the following description: "Approach to site by a dirt road turning west form Hwy No 8-98 on Northeast side of French Quarter Creek." 2. Huguenot Church of Goose Creek marker 100 yds north of the old public Rd from Dorchester Co. to Moncks Corner. Proceed west from Baptist church on Hwy No. 78 going 3 miles. Dirt road turns north the marker is located about 475 ft from the end of this road. http://www.rootsweb.com/~scbchs/index.htm Berkeley Historical Society web page (If your working on French ancestors a visit to this web page is a must.)
