I am desperately searching for any information on my ancestors that came from Berekely County SC and later moved to Pitt County NC. My ggrandfather's name was John Dennis Wiggins. His wife was Mealie Fornes. I do not know if he was born in SC or NC, but the only sketchy information I have...is his mother was 100 percent Native American.
