    3. >From # 179 29 April 1768 The Governor signed GRANTS of land for: [all in Berkley County] George Crofts, 500 acres, In Prince Georges Parish MEMORIALS AND QUIT RENTS GEORGE CROFT and ROBERT CROFT, 600 acres in Craven County on N side of Santee River, being part of a tract of 1050 acres, originally granted 8-7-1735 bounding S on lands formerly belonging to RALPH IZARD, Esq., and now or late to DANIEL JAUDON, to NE on lands called Bohannon, now or late belonging to JOSEPH BUGNION, N on lands formerly belonging to JOHN DUBOSE, now or lately tot he heir or devisee of CAPT. BOONE, SW on Wadbacan Creek, and NW on the other part of the said 1050 acre tract. Granted to the said JAMES ROBERT 8-1735 and sold by him 2-2-1736 to HENRY DURANT, and by him conveyed to JOSEPH BUGNION 2-10-1736. Also another tract of 250 acres in Craven County bounding SW on the aforesaid tract, SE on land now or late of DANIEL JAUDON, other sides vacant at time of granting. Originally granted 12-16-1736 to HENRY DURANT and conveyed by him by lease and release 9 and 10 Feb. 1736 to JOSEPH BUGNION. Another tract of 400 acres in Craven County bounding NE and SW on lands formerly belonging to REV. JOSEPH BUGNION, SE on lands formerly belonging to DANIEL JAUDON, and said Joseph Bugnion, and NW on land now or lately belonging to heirs or devisees of CAPT. BOONE, and late JOHN WHITE. Originally granted 1-12-1737 to REVEREND JOSEPH BUGNION. These three tracts make 1250 acres of land, were sold and conveyed by lease and release 12-31 and 2-2-1742 by Rev. Joseph Bugnion to ISAAC MAZYCK, and by him conveyed to the memorialist by lease and release 30 and 31 March 1768. Recorded 4-25-1768. GEORGE CROFT. Tuesday 2 February 1768. Petitions for warrants of survey and to certify plats: HENRY CROFT, 250 acres, on Cedar Creek. Wednesday, 7 December 1768. Petitions for Warrants of Survey, to Prolong Warrants, and Certifying platts were presented: Henry Crofts, 250 acres, on Cedar Creek.
