He was found in the 1850 census with his son, Isaac N. Wilson and his son's wife, Julia Elizabeth Jackson. He was born abt 1775 in SC according to the census. There seems to be a brick wall before 1850. Also looking for info on Julius Pringle Wilson and his first wife, Lula Altman. The time period is abt 1882 til 1888. They had at least two children, Samuel N? Wilson and A T Wilson(1888). AT was raised by his aunt Janie Wilson Altman and Sam Altman. Oral history handed down is that they came to SC before the civil war but the census says both John and Isaac were born in SC?????????? Hope some one knows SOMETHING. Thanks.
