Dopson, b: 1800 in SC, probably Beaufort Co., but possibly Pendleton Dist. He was s/o Joseph R. Dopson and Rebecca Davis. Charles and Dora moved bet. 1850 and 1860 to Baker Co., FL, to join his Dopson relatives. Pls note, Dopson seems to be recorded also as Dobson, sometimes in the same family. Can't find any record of the Lugg family in Beaufort Co. Thanks for any and all assistance. -- Kathleen
