The Ones connected to my family that I am aware of is Robert E. and Eleanor M. (Bascomb) Primus. One of their children was Eugene, but not the same Eugene you are speaking of. I did find a Eugenia Primus, Elvira Primus and Eugene Primus who were living with the Bings in 1860 and the Bings are part of my family tree, but I don't know anything about Eugenia, Elvira and Eugene Primus.
