Harris...they are family 861 on the 1860 census for Colleton County...family 859 is Jane Langdale & family 860 is J. W. M. Langdale...I suspect that the son of William H. Harris & Elizabeth C. Harris - William, age 6 - is my great grandfather...his death certificate gives maiden name of Langdale for his mother, but no given name is listed... Do you have any info that you could share with me that might give me some clues/leads on Elizabeth C. Langdale? Thank you!!
