Is anyone researching a Jeremiah A. Yates? I found him on the 1830 census as head of household in Beaufort Co. This Jeremiah had a son the right age to be my Isaac Yates that I am looking for. All I know about Isaac is that he was born in SC before migrating to MS as an adult.
