I'm pretty certain that the "other" son, Robert "Shorty" Palmer, is one and the same as the proprietor of www.goatskins.com. You can find contact information on that webpage. Looking at the dates of the obits, etc., I think that grandchild #3 was probably born the year after the Manny obit, accounting for the discrepancy between two and three grandchildren. I know nothing about Billy Palmer, but Shorty and Sandra have three children.
