Pheobe Blake is been the brick wall in my research. In the Lancaster census there were a few Blake listed in the census. After reveiw the Beaufort, SC census in 1870-80. There are many Blakes listed. If these names sound familiar, or you are very knowledgable of this Blake, I would like to share information.
