Thomas would have mostly likely been a slave in Beaufort county .. I was wondering what would be the most likely plantation for that area that he could have lived and worked on.? he was living in Saint Helena in 1870 and 1880, so maybe during the slave days he might have still been in Saint Helena or Bellinger area maybe. I'm trying to find him with his wife, she may not have been a slave at the same plantation with him either.
