    3. I am trying to find information on 3&4 G Grandparents: Daniel Stewart and Sarah (don't know last name yet). Their daughter Elizabeth Stewart married William Morgan, M.D., 06 Nov 1789, St. George, Dorchester, South Carolina. Elizabeth and William have 3 children (to my knowledge so far), James Stewart, Isaac C., and Eliza M. Morgan. William, Sr. dies around 1810. I find Elizabeth Stewart Morgan living with her son Isaac in Autauga County, Alabama, in the 1850 census. She is buried there in the Stewart-Morgan Cemetery. Her parents names are on her tomestone. Elizabeth Stewart Morgan was the grandmother of Daniel Lewis Morgan (my GG Grandfather). He married Martha W. Norwood. (The family was always given to understand that the W. stood for Warren). His father was John D. Norwood. These people were all living in Marengo County, Alabama. A couple of days ago I found probate documents for Nathaniel Norwood filed in Marengo County in 1823. These documents refer to his wife Charlotte. Sometimes they refer to her as Susan Charlotte Norwood. I don't know that they actually lived in Alabama, or if they just had this land in Alabama, but they came from the Carolinas; and Abbeville is specified in one of the papers. If any of this rings a bell for anyone - even a little one - I'd love to hear from you. Diane
