Thanks Mary, This does the trick. I had turned of some of the other automatic stuff, but missed that. I will probably just save the whole large strip and then edit it with other software. That will be faster. What this does is that it just shows the complete strip, then you need to mark of the area that you want scanned. I think it is the software that is cropping the image and I can not get it to stop. For what ever reason the software is not recognizing the edge of the picture.
