Scanner still not working, altho it will scan 1 photo daily. This is from HP website. Someone please tell me what to do. . Barb, I'm in the same boat........but I downloaded the new driver from HP and not the one for the USB. I can scan all day long just can't use my text reader. Everything comes out as either a black & white photo or fax ready. No way to get into it to edit. I'll try the USB way and see what happens.
