Nick, to add my two cents worth regarding your question on computer groups; We have a Kitsap Computing Seniors group. This group is 11 years old, geared towards seniors although anyone who wants to join can and designed to help seniors at a level and hassle free environment. For $20 a year membership we offer meetings with guest speakers every month except for August, classes and SIGs. Speakers include tech reps from local companies, computer manufactures, Microsoft and whoever else we can get. Naturally Microsoft speakers draw the largest audience (they come with nice raffle items!) We also have special interest groups that also meet such as genealogy, digital imaging, stock investing, hardware, and free classes such as word, windows, etc. I wish Elizabeth lived near us so as she would be a popular speaker I am sure judging from her input here. Anyway our group is one of many different types around the country. Our members are scattered as well. Kathy
