    3. I have a Canon 9900 scanner and a Canon i860 printer. I thought everything was fine until my friend took a magazine page and Scanned and printed it. Did not import it into any other program like Adobe Photo Shop. It came out exactly like the magazine - color wise. Not true for my Canon duo. In order for it to look like the magazine Full color I have to import it into Photo Shop and then hit the "level"s adjustment and then tone down perhaps the reds. Any suggestions. I did call Canon and they told me that I should print using their Canon Easy Print program, not the print program that the computer defaults to which is also theirs. This is crazy. We spent a lot of time choosing our Scanner and printer and purchased a Canon because we thought the color was the best. For 20 years we had been HP customers. I shouldn't have to mess with and really don't know how to mess with the adjustments. Help. We must be having problems with our scanners or wanting some good advice. How about if we start out with posting some of the problems, & see if some of the more knowledgeable people can give us some advice. I know I probably don't use my scanner to its full potential. When I do use it, it is just a hit & miss thing. I keep trying until I get something that looks acceptable.
