Can anyone please give me their recommendations for a good printer? I would use it for the normal text printing, but also I would like to be able to print 'edge-2-edge' photographs as well. A4, I think, not A3. I don t think I could justify spending the additional money on buying the bigger format. Thank you in advance. Regards. Beth
I just bought a Canon i960. I have not printed any text with it and may not as I still have my old HP that will probably do better for that. It does excellent photograhps both 4x6 and 8x12. It does not need the extra tab on the paper to print edge to edge. Canon makes an i860 that may be better for doing both text and photos. It has one less color cartridge an the black cartridge is bigger in the i860. For pictures I have found it best to use the same brand of paper that you have printer. HP paper in the Canon printer was a soggy and ugle mess. Tom Beth <[email protected]> wrote: Can anyone please give me their recommendations for a good printer?
