Actually, you sent me this in a list of descendants of William Clark, Sr. a few months ago. (I hope I thanked you!) Anyway, you didn't cite a source, but I assumed it was from the Clark/Towles info in a set of volumes on Virginia families that you had mentioned. When I get back to Virginia, I'll see if the Fredericksburg library has it. FYI, at least one person thinks the parents were John Clark and ? Williamson. That makes sense as "Williamson" sounds like a family name, but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. I'm in GA at the moment and plan on going to UGA next week to see if I can find an obituary for Williamson (among others) in their collection of old county newspapers. Thanks again, Barry
