I have traced my line of Bratchers to Anderson Co., SC: Samuel Jefferson Bratcher, born 1885 in Anderson Co.; his father, Melvin Cansas Bratcher, born between 1849 & 1853 in Anderson Co.; his possible father, William Bratcher, born between 1817 & 1822 in SC. I cannot find a connection to other Bratchers in Anderson. Can anyone help?
