Jim, Found this in the 1800 census by William Stewart David Clarke 3 males under 10 2 males 10 and under 16 1 male 16 and under 26 1 male over 45 1 female 16 and under 26 1 female 26 and under 45 1 slave Christopher Clarke of Hanover (Lousia) County, Va., died by 28 May 1754. He had sons Micajah and Bolling, and a daughter Elizabeth, who married Joseph Anthony of Henry County, Va., and moved with him to Wilkes County, Ga. In the early 1780's, this large family is found in various parts of Virginia, among them Louisa, Albemarle, Bedford and other counties, and in Georgia, and before 1790, in Pendleton District, SC. A.
