Martha E. Owings early 1900's Their child was Cora Lee b. 1910. He died when she was very young. All we ever knew about the frazier family was that he has a sister who may have never married due to a tragic accident on her wedding day. This Owings family lived in Anderson and I would like to know about Frazier's of the area. Thanks
