I don't believe that Anderson was ever part of Franklin Co. Penningtons that I know of were from Newberry, SC.. They came down from PA and Neck of Virginia. Abraham, Issac and Jacob were three of their names. They married Cannons and Evins/Evans.. Abraham was the father. Is this the Penningtons you seek. There were many, many Penningtons.
