He was born about 1852 somewhere in Anderson county. He married Martha Haynie abt 1870-71 and they had six children. The oldest, John Tollious Moore, was my Grandfather. John James and family lived on a farm around the Flat Rock section between Anderson and Starr. He was a farmer,miller and clockmaker/repairman. Any information on any of his relatives would be greatly appreciated.
