Posted on: Anderson County, SC Queries Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/SC/Anderson/1455 Surname: Burford, Wade, Eades ------------------------- Thomas Burford and Mary Wade Burford had a land grant on Broadway Creek of the Rocky River in 1786 Pendleton Co. Their daughter Martha Burford married Thomas Eades about 1810 probably in Pendleton. From looking at the map it looks like this area may be around Saylors Crossroads now in Anderson Co. Is this correct, or I am totally off? Where might I look for a bit more info on that section? Many thanks, Elaine Eades Mills
