Hello, My name is Bernice Hope Doyle, and my GGGrandfather was S.C. Scoggins, born 1833 in NC. He married Amanda Priest (b.1834 GA). They moved to Bridgeport, TX, Wise Co. and raised 17 children, one of which was my GGrandmother Mary Lucinda Catherine Scoggins. I didn't find a Maude on my tree but there is a Charles Edward, b. 1879 in Texas. If your family tree runs toward Texas, please let me hear from you. Best, Bernice
