(For Reference - See Will Book B, page 354 - Anderson Co., SC). This John Brown (writer of the will) was married to a Mary Bell. She died in 1846. Both are buried in the First Presbyterian Churchyard, Anderson, S. C. Eleventh...appoint James Gilmer and James Gunnin, Executors of this my last will and testament by me heretofore made." 18 Nov 1851 John Brown (Seal) On the 1850 Census of Anderson Co., SC listed in the household of John Brown, age 79, is Elmina Brown, 45, William Penn Brown, 11, Czarena Brown 9, Martha Ann Brown 8, Elvira Brown 6, and John Brown 21. I know this is a very lengthy query; however, I felt excerpts from his will would help in connecting William Penn Brown and John Brown to the John Brown (writer of the 1851 will). Thanks for your help. Rachel Brown
