On a recent trip to Anderson County to visit the Old Leverette Cemetery in Iva, I found John T. McKee buried in the cemetery with a tombstone. The stone read as follows: John T. McKee b 12-07-1806, d 9-23-1850. I do not research the surname McKee. Someone may, however, be interested to know where this man is buried. The other tombstones are for the Leverett family only. I do not know if there is any family connection.... Charlotte
