I found a photo of about 30-40 children mostly black children. There looks like there may be two white boys in the photo. The back of the photo says "Willie Heard Jr Class of 1925" At the top of the photo in very faint writing are the letters E S F School. Is this a school in Anderson county? The only school I could think of was South Franklin Elementary. Cindy
Elaine, do you know what year these were published? "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
