Posted on: Anderson County, SC Queries Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/SC/Anderson/11955 Surname: ------------------------- The Big Creek Baptist Church and Cemetary is located on Big Creek RD.If you are coming from Belton,SC Big Creek will turn right off Highway 20.It is in Anderson County.The road is very near the large gasoline storage tanks just outside Belton.If you are coming from Pelzer,SC just before you get into Williamston there is a Historical Marker on the left side of the road,by the time you see the marker you just passed the Big Greek Rd,turn around and take first right. The Historical Marker tells the History of the church.If you get into the Town of Williamston,you have gone to far from either direction.Do not know about the Index,but the minutes can be found at the Library I believe.
