I found the following in the minutes for the Anderson Co. Court of General Sessions. Harvin Vandiver (b. 1804) was a Baptist preacher, son of the Rev. John Vandiver. This D. K. Breazeale was likely b. 1834, son of Williamson Breazeale. All the witnesses lived in the Belton area of Anderson County.
