He was in the Pendleton Dist. before this. He as born 1778 in Ireland and married JOHN SIMPSON and LYNDIA'S daughter. His children were JOHN 1798, DAVID 1801, CYNTHA CAROLINE, THOMAS L., LICENA THABITHA. James was still in the county in 1850. Any info you can give will be appreciated.
