I had always beleived that Ester was buried in the County Poor House cemetery with an unmarked grave but I have been wrong: The Anderson Intelligencer issue May 29 1884 Ester Massey, widow of Laban Massey, died in the County Poor House last Friday night, age 92. She has been an inmate for 3 years during which time she was an invalid. She was born and raised in the county. Member of Baptist church for 50 years, and was interred at Barker's Creek Church last Sunday, 23 May 1884 and buried the 25th. I have 2 books and willing to do lookups to see if names were mentioned in the paper: The Anderson Intelligencer, July 1882- December 1890 Vol 1 The Anderson Intelligencer, January 1891-December 1895 Vol 11 Cindy
