SC; d. bef 1842, Griffin, Spalding Co., GA (s/o William "Will" Turner, Sr. and Mary W. mnunk); m. Martha "Mattie" A. Taylor(?) or Earp(?)b. 1812 (her 1st., marriage) abt 1831, Anderson Co., SC. Their only known chn. were: William "Will", III and Margaret Catherine "Kitty" Turner, she married a Goodwyn. Martha "Mattie" A. Taylor(?) is mentioned in Eden Taylor's will (dtd.: 1846; pro. 1846, Monroe Co., GA) as being his daughter and his wife, Nancy (mnunk.)and she married Carey/Cary S. LeSueur, Phy. (s/o Jordan B. LeSueur and Susannah Stinson & b/o Andrew Jackson "Jack" LeSueur...my g-g gf), Culloden, Monroe Co., GA (her 2nd marriage). Another source mentioned her as being Martha "Matty" Earp, (b. 22 Apr 1812, Anderson Co., SC?), the daughter of Caleb Earp and Margaret Dunlap. Also, the 1860 GA (Barnesville, Lamar Co.)census records suggest that Martha married a Harrell (her 3rd., marriage) and living in the same household is her daughter Margaret Catherine "Kitty" (Turner) Goodwyn and her two granchildren, William J. and Rodolphus B. Goodwyn. The 1880 GA (Lamar Co., GA)census records...Rodolphus B. Goodwyn and his wife, Belle (Pound) and their two children Clifford and Alice Goodwyn. Included as living in the same household his Sallie Earp (b. 1860), her relationship unknown. The otehr known children of William "Will" Turner, Sr., and Mary W. (mnunk.) were: Thomas and Wesley Turner.
