Surnames: ROACH/MOORE/GREEN/BUCHANAN/BERRY Classification: Deed Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/hcB.2ACE/2630.5 Message Board Post: January 3, 1831, book T page 94, Anderson Co., SC Littleberry Roach recorded a deed of gift to his son Henry and daughter Mary in Anderson Co., SC as follows: "I Littleberry Roach in consideration for the natural love and affection which I bear to my afflicted daughter Mary Roach and to my son Henry Roach both of the state and district aforesaid have given and granted and by them present do give and grant unto the said Henry Roach in trust for Mary Roach her heirs, executors, administrators, assignees; Three head of horses, 10 head of cattle, 12 head of sheep, a stock of hogs containing 40 to 50, all the household furniture that I now possessed of consisting of bed and furniture, cooking utensils, cupboard tables, loom, clock and all other furniture in the house, with a wagon and plantation tools to have and to hold the said property as above described unto him the said Henry Roach.
