    3. Have you tried the Anderson County site - rootsweb? Go to www.usgenweb.com click on South Carolina, then to the "clickable" map and click on Anderson County. On this site you will find the Ross "Book of the Dead." This is one place you might find where someone was buried. Also there are more cemetery sites to visit. Maybe someone on scanders-L site can help you with the record part.
