    2. When I access the images they come up full screen then change to about 1/4 to 1/3 screem size, which you cannnot read. If I move my cursor around over the image something pops up at the top that would let me print, etc and at the lower right hand corner is a display that make it full screen again if I click on it.     3. Barbara, Try this: In Internet Explorer go to: Tools + Internet Options... Click on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to "Multimedia" 2nd item under that heading reads: "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" Uncheck that option. Then click on the "OK" button. This should keep the browser from automatically fitting it to the window and instead display the census images in actual size. Hope this helps.
