After 7 years of searching around the GoldenCorner area of our state, there are still many cemeteries that Gary Flynn and I have not been able to locate, GPS map, record & image. The years seem to be flying by us very fast and it will just be a matter of time before we'll have to give up on this physical project. Will someone else pick the ball up when we drop it and give it the attention that we have? Very doubtful ... I guess that you could say this is probably a one-time GoldenCorner heritage opportunity. The cemeteries that we currently still need to find are listed at http://www.rootsweb.com/~scoconee/cemeteries-ntf.html. Were looking for volunteers who would like to do library research, make phone calls, go exploring, check maps, write letters, etc. - whatever it takes to find a listed cemetery or determine ones that need to be added. You can adopt the whole list or just one cemetery. Any help that we would receive, would be better than none at all. Can you be of any help?
