Looking for info on the Scoggins family especially John J Scoggins, Elizabeth Scoggins and Hudson Scoggins. I think they all may have been from Abbeville and are the offspring of Willis and Unity Scoggins who settled there in 1790. Hudson, Elizabeth and John were listed in the 1840 census in Anderson County. they were on the tax roll of 1843. Bill Scoggins Athens Ga
