Hembree Dock Houston Hembree, 66 of Anderson died in Spartanburg General Hospital Saturday night at 11:20 following 5 months of illness. Surviving are: his wife Mrs. Cora Hembree; one son L. L. Hembree of Anderson; one daughter, Mrs. Fannie Smith of Chester; 2 sisters, Mrs. Fannie H. Hembree of Pelham and Mrs. Lizzie Turner of Anderson; and 2 brothers, Wade of Melvin Hill,NC and Thomas Hembree of Greenville. Funeral Services will be held this morning at 11 at Duncan Baptist Church in Duncan. Dr. Basil Martin will officiate and burial will be following in the church cemetery. The body is at the home of Mrs. Hembree in Pelham until the service. The J.F. Floyd Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
